Hillside Enrichment Program (HEP)
In order to meet the needs of the gifted students, a differentiated program, called the Hillside Enrichment Program, is in effect. Students who participate in this program are provided with a wide spectrum of educationally challenging units.
The HEP curriculum addresses a wide range of abilities, but does not replace the general instructional program and is designed to spark interest in the sciences and engineering for the self-reliant and independent learners of Hillside. In HEP, students are encouraged to explore new vistas of learning.
